Terminal Operator was founded in 2005 as part of the structure of Bon Marine Holding. The company has established itself as a leader in port logistics operations in Varna and Bourgas, offering services in accordance with the high standards and requirements of the transport and logistics sector.Terminal Operator has implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) applicable to activities:
Customs agency, freight forwarding, port handling and storage, domestic and international transport and port agency. The IMS is in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015 и BS OHSAS 18001:2007 standards , approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.
Terminal Operator is one of the first companies in Bulgaria to receive Authorised Economic Operator status in March 2009 - Simplified Customs Procedures / Security & Safety (AEOF1039692190002)
Our Company has a license 0826 for international road transport valid until 2027, as well as Permanent Permit for Customs Agent 467-3 / 27.02.2009 and General Bank Guarantee Certificates for transit shipments.
Services provided by Terminal Operator are organized and carried out by the offices in Varna, Varna West and Bourgas.
